| Jivan Gasparyan is unquestionably one of Armenians greatest musicians, a living legend and one of the worlds greastest musicians. He is the formermost virtuoso of the duduk, an ancient oboe-like instrument. Jivanís repertoire is primarily comprised of traditional Armenian folk songs. Many people will know him from his collaborative work with those like Brian Eno, the Kronos Quartet and Peter Gabriel. Soundtracks to his credit include The Crow, The Siege and Gladiator.
